Ingredients

- 1 lb boneless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 8 oz fettuccine or twist pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tsp dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season chicken with Cajun spice and cook in olive oil until browned and fully cooked (5-7 mins). Set aside.
- Boil pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In the same pan, sauté garlic until fragrant (30 secs), then add cream, Parmesan, basil, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 3 mins.
- Toss cooked pasta into the Alfredo sauce until coated.
- Serve chicken bites over pasta. Garnish with parsley.

- Adjust Cajun seasoning for milder or spicier flavor.
- Substitute half-and-half for heavy cream for a lighter sauce.
- Freshly grated Parmesan melts better than pre-shredded.
