Deliciously roasted cabbage steaks made easy in the air fryer. Perfectly seasoned and tender with a crispy exterior.

- 1 large head of cabbage
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Parmesan cheese (optional, for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Remove the outer leaves of the cabbage and slice the cabbage into 1-inch thick steaks.
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Brush both sides of each cabbage steak with the olive oil mixture.
- Place the cabbage steaks in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to work in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the cabbage is tender and lightly browned.
- Remove from the air fryer and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if desired.
- Serve warm as a side dish or a healthy snack.
