Description

Ingredients

  • 500g chicken breast
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp garlic paste
  • 1 tsp ginger paste
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 2 cups fries
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat butter in a pan and add garlic and ginger paste.
  2. Add chicken and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in tomato sauce and garam masala.
  4. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Add cream and mix well.
  6. Fry the fries until crispy.
  7. Sprinkle garlic powder on fries.
  8. Serve chicken with fries and garlic sauce.
