- 200g burrata cheese
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, peeled
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Arrange the bread slices on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for 5-7 minutes until golden.
- Rub the toasted bread slices with the garlic clove for flavor.
- Tear the burrata cheese into pieces and place on top of the bread slices.
- Top with fresh basil leaves.
- Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve immediately.
