- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 2 cups frozen French fries
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup blue cheese dressing
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for cooking
Instructions
- Preheat the oven and cook the French fries according to package instructions until crispy.
- While fries are baking, season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the chicken for about 5-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked. Remove from the skillet and shred the chicken.
- In a bowl, toss the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce until well coated.
- Once the fries are done, remove them from the oven and sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes until the cheese is melted.
- To serve, place the cheesy fries on a plate, top with the buffalo chicken, and drizzle with blue cheese dressing. Garnish with chopped green onions.
