Description

A deliciously spicy buffalo chicken dish served with gooey, cheesy fries. Perfect for game day or a cozy night in!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 cups frozen French fries
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese dressing
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven and cook the French fries according to package instructions until crispy.
  2. While fries are baking, season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Cook the chicken for about 5-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked. Remove from the skillet and shred the chicken.
  4. In a bowl, toss the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce until well coated.
  5. Once the fries are done, remove them from the oven and sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes until the cheese is melted.
  6. To serve, place the cheesy fries on a plate, top with the buffalo chicken, and drizzle with blue cheese dressing. Garnish with chopped green onions.

Notes

  • You can adjust the spiciness of the buffalo sauce to your liking.
  • Feel free to add toppings like jalapenos or sliced celery for extra crunch.
