Ingredients
Scale
- 1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Gradually add water to the flour mixture, stirring until a smooth batter forms.
- Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, allowing the excess to drip off.
- Place the battered cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they are not overcrowded.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until crispy and golden.
- In a separate bowl, combine the cooked cauliflower and buffalo sauce, tossing to coat evenly.
- Return the coated cauliflower to the air fryer and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Serve immediately, drizzled with extra buffalo sauce if desired.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of buffalo sauce to your desired spice level.
- For extra crispiness, spray the cauliflower with a little cooking spray before air frying.
- These can be served with ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping.
