Ingredients

- 1 cup of rolled oats
- 1/2 cup of honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup of peanut butter or almond butter
- 1/4 cup of mini chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup of dried fruit (raisins, cranberries, or apricots)
- 1/4 cup of chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pecans)
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, honey or maple syrup, peanut butter, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
- Add in the mini chocolate chips, dried fruit, chopped nuts, and salt. Stir until everything is evenly distributed.
- Line a baking dish with parchment paper and pour the mixture into the dish. Press down firmly with a spatula to create an even layer.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set.
- Once set, remove from the dish and cut into squares or bars.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
