Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the diced potatoes, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until the potatoes are evenly coated.
- Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking for even crisping, until the potatoes are golden brown and tender.
- Remove the potatoes from the air fryer and garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve hot.
