Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the chicken thighs to the bowl and toss to coat them evenly with the spice mixture.
- Place the chicken thighs in the air fryer basket, skin side up, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
- Cook for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the skin is crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispy skin, you can spray the chicken thighs with cooking spray before cooking.
