Ingredients

  • 500g chicken breast, sliced
  • 200g mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 tbsp black pepper, freshly ground
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add chicken slices and cook until lightly browned.
  4. Stir in mushrooms and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add black pepper, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and salt.
  6. Pour in water and simmer for 5 minutes until chicken is fully cooked.
  7. Serve hot with rice or noodles.
