Ingredients

- 500g chicken breast, sliced
- 200g mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tbsp black pepper, freshly ground
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add chicken slices and cook until lightly browned.
- Stir in mushrooms and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add black pepper, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and salt.
- Pour in water and simmer for 5 minutes until chicken is fully cooked.
- Serve hot with rice or noodles.

- For extra spice, add chili flakes.
