- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 1/2 cup crab meat, cooked
- 1/2 cup shrimp, cooked and chopped
- 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp parsley
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix crab, shrimp, cream cheese, breadcrumbs, lemon juice, garlic powder, parsley, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Cut a pocket into each salmon fillet.
- Stuff each fillet with the crab and shrimp mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear salmon for 2 minutes per side.
- Transfer to a baking dish and bake for 12-15 minutes.
- Serve immediately.

- Use fresh crab and shrimp for best flavor.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Serve with lemon wedges.
