Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1/2 cup crab meat, cooked
  • 1/2 cup shrimp, cooked and chopped
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp parsley
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix crab, shrimp, cream cheese, breadcrumbs, lemon juice, garlic powder, parsley, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Cut a pocket into each salmon fillet.
  4. Stuff each fillet with the crab and shrimp mixture.
  5. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  6. Sear salmon for 2 minutes per side.
  7. Transfer to a baking dish and bake for 12-15 minutes.
  8. Serve immediately.
