- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
- 2 medium zucchinis, sliced
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until browned.
- Add garlic, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
- Layer zucchini slices in a baking dish. Top with cooked chicken.
- Pour heavy cream over the chicken and zucchini.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is golden and bubbly.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh zucchini for best results.
- You can substitute heavy cream with Greek yogurt for a lighter version.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
