- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Your favorite wing sauce (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings, baking powder, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and olive oil. Toss until the wings are evenly coated.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange the wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to cook in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
- Cook the wings for 25-30 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
- If desired, toss the cooked wings in your favorite wing sauce before serving.
