Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the beef tips, chopped onion, minced garlic, beef broth, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, and black pepper. Mix well until the beef is coated.
- Transfer the mixture to the crock pot and cover it with the lid.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the beef is tender.
- In a small bowl, mix the cornstarch and water until smooth. Stir the mixture into the crock pot to thicken the sauce. Cook for an additional 30 minutes.
- Season with salt to taste and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
