- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar

Instructions
- Preheat the grill to high heat.
- Rub the skirt steak with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Grill the steak for about 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness.
- Remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- In a bowl, combine parsley, olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic, red pepper flakes, and salt to make chimichurri sauce.
- Slice the steak against the grain and serve with chimichurri sauce on top.
Notes
- For best results, let the steak marinate for at least 30 minutes before grilling.
