Ingredients

Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine all the spices: ground cumin, ground coriander, paprika, ground turmeric, ground cinnamon, ground allspice, ground black pepper, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper.
- Mix well until all the spices are evenly distributed.
- Store the spice blend in an airtight container for up to 6 months.
- Use the spice mix to season beef before grilling or roasting for delicious homemade beef shawarma.
