Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Prepare grilled chicken skewers by marinating in BBQ sauce for at least 30 minutes before grilling.
- Grill corn on the cob for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until charred.
- Make potato salad by boiling potatoes, mixing with mayo and mustard, and chilling.
- Cut watermelon into wedges and chill in the refrigerator until serving.
- Prepare coleslaw by mixing shredded cabbage and carrots with creamy dressing.
- For the grilled veggie platter, toss vegetables in olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and grill until tender.
