- 2 lbs Potato Salad (cubed)
- 6 ears Corn on the Cob (peeled)
- 2 cans Baked Beans
- 1 box Macaroni and Cheese
Instructions
- Prepare the coleslaw by mixing the shredded cabbage with mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper. Chill in the refrigerator.
- Boil the cubed potatoes until fork-tender, then drain and mix with mayonnaise, mustard, celery, onion, salt, and pepper for the potato salad.
- Boil the corn on the cob until tender, then grill for a few minutes for added flavor.
- Heat the baked beans in a saucepan until warm. Add a bit of brown sugar and bacon for extra flavor if desired.
- Prepare the macaroni and cheese according to the package instructions, then bake it if you want a crispy top.
