  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the spice mixture.
  4. Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper in a single layer.
  5. Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until wings are crispy and cooked through.
  6. Remove from the oven and brush the wings generously with BBQ sauce.
  7. Return the wings to the oven and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until the sauce is caramelized.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
