Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless chicken breast, cooked and shredded
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 12 slider buns
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3 large potatoes, diced
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix shredded chicken with BBQ sauce in a bowl.
  3. In another bowl, toss diced potatoes with melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread potato mixture on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden.
