Ingredients

- 1 lb boneless chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 12 slider buns
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 3 large potatoes, diced
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix shredded chicken with BBQ sauce in a bowl.
- In another bowl, toss diced potatoes with melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread potato mixture on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over potatoes and bake for 5 more minutes until melted.
- Assemble sliders by placing BBQ chicken on buns.
- Serve warm with cheesy potato bites.
