- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
- Add the flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, milk, and vanilla extract to the mashed bananas. Mix until just combined.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Using a spoon, drop dollops of the batter into the air fryer basket, leaving space between each fritter.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown.
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.
