Ingredients

  • 4 Medium-sized russet potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Sea salt
  • as desired Optional toppings

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pierce each potato several times with a fork to allow steam to escape.
  3. Rub each potato with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt.
  4. Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not touching.
  5. Cook for 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the potatoes are tender and the skins are crispy.
  6. Remove from the air fryer and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
