Ingredients

- 4 Medium-sized russet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Sea salt
- as desired Optional toppings
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Pierce each potato several times with a fork to allow steam to escape.
- Rub each potato with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt.
- Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not touching.
- Cook for 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the potatoes are tender and the skins are crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
- Cut a slit in the top of each potato, fluff the insides with a fork, and add your favorite toppings.
