  • 200 g breadcrumbs
  • 100 ml hot honey
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (for frying)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Wash and dry the chicken thighs.
  2. Mix breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Coat chicken thighs in olive oil, then roll in the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 35-40 minutes until crispy.
  5. Warm the spicy honey in a saucepan until melted.
  6. Brush the baked chicken with honey and return to oven for 5 minutes.
  7. Let rest briefly before serving with salad or fries.
