- 1 kg chicken thighs
- 200 g breadcrumbs
- 100 ml hot honey
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (for frying)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Wash and dry the chicken thighs.
- Mix breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Coat chicken thighs in olive oil, then roll in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 35-40 minutes until crispy.
- Warm the spicy honey in a saucepan until melted.
- Brush the baked chicken with honey and return to oven for 5 minutes.
- Let rest briefly before serving with salad or fries.
