- 1 lemon (juiced and zested)

- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place cod fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, until fish flakes easily.
- Mix lemon juice, zest, dill, yogurt, and garlic in a bowl.
- Spoon sauce over baked cod before serving.

- For extra flavor, marinate the cod in lemon juice for 10 minutes before baking.
- Substitute Greek yogurt with sour cream if needed.
