Description

A simple and delicious vegetarian dish featuring roasted cauliflower steaks topped with melted mozzarella cheese.


Ingredients

  • 1 large head cauliflower
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut cauliflower into 1-inch thick steaks.
  3. Brush both sides with olive oil.
  4. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  5. Place on baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes.
  6. Flip steaks and roast for another 10 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
  8. Return to oven for 5 minutes until cheese melts.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

  • Use firm cauliflower for best results.
  • Adjust seasoning to your taste.
