A simple and delicious vegetarian dish featuring roasted cauliflower steaks topped with melted mozzarella cheese.

- 1 large head cauliflower
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut cauliflower into 1-inch thick steaks.
- Brush both sides with olive oil.
- Sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Place on baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes.
- Flip steaks and roast for another 10 minutes.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
- Return to oven for 5 minutes until cheese melts.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- Use firm cauliflower for best results.
- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
- Broil for 1-2 minutes for extra browning.
