- 2/3 cup milk
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups finely chopped apples
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp milk (for glaze)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a bowl.
- In another bowl, whisk milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients. Fold in chopped apples.
- Drop spoonfuls of batter onto the baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
- Whisk powdered sugar and milk for glaze. Drizzle over warm fritters.
