- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup Rice Krispies cereal
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar (for dusting)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, granulated sugar, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- Fold in the semisweet chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, and Rice Krispies cereal until evenly distributed.
- Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, drop the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are slightly golden.
- Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Once cooled, dust the cookies with powdered sugar before serving.
Notes
