Description

Ingredients

  • 500g ground beef (or mixed pork and beef)
  • 1 small onion, finely diced
  • 1 egg
  • 2 slices stale white bread, soaked in milk
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp butter or oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Mix the ground meat with diced onions in a large bowl.
