Ingredients

- 500g chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 red chilli, sliced
- 1 spring onion, chopped
Instructions
- Marinate chicken with soy sauce, honey, sriracha, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger for 15 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken and cook until browned and fully cooked, about 8-10 minutes.
- Garnish with sliced red chilli and spring onion.
- Serve hot with steamed rice.
Notes
- Adjust sriracha for more or less heat.
- Use chicken thighs for juicier results.
- Marinate longer for deeper flavor.
