- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 apple, finely chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a large bowl, mix oats, flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk applesauce, honey, milk, egg, and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients, then fold in chopped apple.
- Divide batter into muffin cups and bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Let cool before serving.
