Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
  2. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  3. Form the turkey mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Make sure to leave space between each meatball.
  4. Lightly spray the meatballs with cooking spray.
  5. Air fry the meatballs at 400°F (200°C) for 10-12 minutes, or until they are cooked through and reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
