- 2 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup pepperoni slices
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Olive oil spray
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Lightly spray one side of each tortilla with olive oil.
- Place one tortilla in the air fryer basket, oiled side down.
- Spread half of the pizza sauce over the tortilla.
- Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese on top.
- Add half of the pepperoni slices and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning.
- Place the second tortilla on top, oiled side up, and repeat the layering process with the remaining ingredients.
- Cook in the air fryer for 8-10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the tortillas are crispy.
- Carefully remove the pizza from the air fryer, slice, and serve hot.
Notes
- You can customize your pizza with your favorite toppings such as vegetables or different meats.
- For a gluten-free option, use gluten-free tortillas.
