Ingredients

  • 1 block of firm tofu, drained and pressed
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the pressed tofu into bite-sized cubes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the tofu cubes to the bowl and gently toss until they are evenly coated.
  5. Sprinkle cornstarch over the tofu and toss again to coat evenly.
  6. Place the tofu cubes in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they are not overcrowded.
  7. Air fry the tofu for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the tofu is golden brown and crispy.
  8. Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.
