- 1 block of firm tofu, drained and pressed
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the pressed tofu into bite-sized cubes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add the tofu cubes to the bowl and gently toss until they are evenly coated.
- Sprinkle cornstarch over the tofu and toss again to coat evenly.
- Place the tofu cubes in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they are not overcrowded.
- Air fry the tofu for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the tofu is golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.
