Delicious and juicy stuffed chicken breasts cooked to perfection in the air fryer.
Ingredients

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil spray
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine chopped spinach, cream cheese, mozzarella, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Using a sharp knife, create a pocket in each chicken breast by slicing horizontally, being careful not to cut all the way through.
- Stuff each chicken breast with the spinach and cheese mixture, securing with toothpicks if necessary.
- Spray the outside of the chicken breasts with olive oil spray and season with salt and pepper.
- Place the stuffed chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook in the air fryer for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the chicken is golden brown.
- Remove from the air fryer and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to customize the stuffing with your favorite ingredients such as sun-dried tomatoes or different herbs.
- Ensure the chicken is completely cooked through by using a meat thermometer.
