Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the steak bites, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Toss until the steak is evenly coated with the seasoning mixture.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the seasoned steak bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking, until the steak is browned and cooked to your desired doneness.
- Remove the steak bites from the air fryer and let them rest for a couple of minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
