- 2 medium yellow squash, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced squash, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until the squash is evenly coated.
- Place the seasoned squash in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to do this in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
- Air fry the squash for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking, until the squash is tender and slightly golden.
- Remove from the air fryer and garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve warm.
Notes
- For added flavor, you can sprinkle some grated Parmesan cheese on top before serving.
