Ingredients

  • 2 medium yellow squash, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the sliced squash, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until the squash is evenly coated.
  3. Place the seasoned squash in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to do this in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
  4. Air fry the squash for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking, until the squash is tender and slightly golden.
  5. Remove from the air fryer and garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve warm.

Notes

  • For added flavor, you can sprinkle some grated Parmesan cheese on top before serving.
