Scale
- 1 cup cabbage, shredded
- 1 cup carrots, julienned
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup cooked shrimp or chicken (optional)
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil

- Cooking spray or oil for brushing
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cabbage, carrots, mushrooms, shrimp or chicken (if using), green onions, garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Mix well.

- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Arrange the spring rolls in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they are not touching. Lightly spray or brush the spring rolls with cooking oil.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- Feel free to customize the filling with your favorite vegetables or proteins.
- For a vegetarian option, omit the shrimp or chicken and add more vegetables.
- You can also add herbs like cilantro or basil for extra flavor.
