Crispy and delicious air fryer spring rolls filled with your choice of vegetables and protein, perfect for a quick appetizer or snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cabbage, shredded
  • 1 cup carrots, julienned
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp or chicken (optional)
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 package spring roll wrappers
  • Cooking spray or oil for brushing

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine cabbage, carrots, mushrooms, shrimp or chicken (if using), green onions, garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Mix well.
  2. Lay a spring roll wrapper on a clean surface, with one corner facing you. Place about 2 tablespoons of the filling mixture near the corner.
  3. Fold the corner over the filling, then fold in the sides, and roll tightly to secure the filling. Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.
  4. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Arrange the spring rolls in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they are not touching. Lightly spray or brush the spring rolls with cooking oil.
  6. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
  7. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

  • Feel free to customize the filling with your favorite vegetables or proteins.
  • For a vegetarian option, omit the shrimp or chicken and add more vegetables.
  • You can also add herbs like cilantro or basil for extra flavor.
