- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the halved Brussels sprouts, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
- Place the Brussels sprouts in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
- If using, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese during the last 2 minutes of cooking.
