- 2 lbs Pork ribs (Baby back or spare ribs work well.)
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil (For coating.)
- 2 tablespoons Brown sugar (For sweetness in the rub.)
- 1 tablespoon Paprika (For color and flavor.)
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder (For seasoning.)
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder (For seasoning.)
- 1 teaspoon Salt (To taste.)
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper (To taste.)
- 1 cup BBQ sauce (For glazing.)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 250°F (120°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Rub the spice mixture all over the ribs, ensuring they are well coated.
- Cut the ribs into sections that will fit in your air fryer basket.
- Place the ribs in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 30 minutes.
- After 30 minutes, brush the ribs with BBQ sauce and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
- Remove the ribs from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
- Serve with additional BBQ sauce on the side, if desired.
Notes
- For extra tenderness, you can marinate the ribs in the rub for a few hours or overnight.
- If your air fryer is smaller, cook the ribs in batches.
