  • Author: ushinzomr

Description

Delicious, tender ribs cooked to perfection in the air fryer, with a flavorful dry rub and a sticky glaze.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 lbs Pork ribs (Baby back or spare ribs work well.)
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil (For coating.)
  • 2 tablespoons Brown sugar (For sweetness in the rub.)
  • 1 tablespoon Paprika (For color and flavor.)
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder (For seasoning.)
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder (For seasoning.)
  • 1 teaspoon Salt (To taste.)
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper (To taste.)
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce (For glazing.)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 250°F (120°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Rub the spice mixture all over the ribs, ensuring they are well coated.
  4. Cut the ribs into sections that will fit in your air fryer basket.
  5. Place the ribs in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 30 minutes.
  6. After 30 minutes, brush the ribs with BBQ sauce and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
  7. Remove the ribs from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
  8. Serve with additional BBQ sauce on the side, if desired.

Notes

  • For extra tenderness, you can marinate the ribs in the rub for a few hours or overnight.
  • If your air fryer is smaller, cook the ribs in batches.
