Crispy and delicious Indian spiced potato patties made in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 2 large potatoes, boiled and mashed
- 1/2 cup green peas, boiled and mashed
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons fresh coriander, chopped
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine mashed potatoes, green peas, cumin seeds, garam masala, red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, and chopped coriander. Mix well.
- Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into small patties.
- Coat each patty with breadcrumbs for extra crunch.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and place the patties in a single layer.
- Air fry for 15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
- Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
Notes
- You can add chopped onions or green chilies for extra flavor.
- Adjust the spices according to your taste preference.
