Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Rub the seasoning mixture all over the chicken breasts until well coated.
  4. Place the chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Remove from air fryer and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Notes
