- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the seasoning mixture all over the chicken breasts until well coated.
- Place the chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Remove from air fryer and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
