Ingredients

  • 1 medium head of cauliflower, riced
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Non-stick cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine riced cauliflower, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, beaten eggs, almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Using your hands, form the mixture into small tot shapes.
  4. Spray the air fryer basket with non-stick cooking spray. Place the cauliflower tots in a single layer in the basket, making sure they are not touching.
  5. Air fry for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
