- 1 medium head of cauliflower, riced
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Non-stick cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine riced cauliflower, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, beaten eggs, almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Using your hands, form the mixture into small tot shapes.
- Spray the air fryer basket with non-stick cooking spray. Place the cauliflower tots in a single layer in the basket, making sure they are not touching.
- Air fry for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy with your favorite dipping sauce!
