- 4 medium potatoes, cut into wedges

Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the potato wedges, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and oregano. Toss until the wedges are evenly coated.
- Place the seasoned potato wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they aren’t overcrowded.
- Cook the potato wedges in the air fryer for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
- Once they are golden brown and crispy, remove the wedges from the air fryer and let them cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, you can soak the potato wedges in water for 30 minutes before seasoning and air frying.
- Feel free to customize the seasonings to your taste — add cayenne pepper for heat or parmesan for a cheesy flavor.
