- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, thyme, and rosemary. Mix well.
- Add the pork chop pieces to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the seasoning mixture.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Place the seasoned pork chop bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to cook in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
- Cook the pork chop bites for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through the cooking time to ensure even cooking.
- Once the internal temperature of the pork reaches 145°F (63°C), remove the bites from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
