- 1 jar of dill pickles, sliced into chips
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (Panko for extra crunch)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Drain the pickle chips and pat them dry with paper towels.
- In a shallow bowl, place the flour. In another bowl, whisk the eggs. In a third bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each pickle chip first in the flour, shaking off the excess, then into the egg, and finally in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing to adhere.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange the breaded pickle chips in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Spray lightly with cooking spray.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, shaking the basket halfway through cooking.
- Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add cayenne pepper to the breadcrumb mixture.
- Adjust the cooking time based on the thickness of the pickle slices and your air fryer’s model.
