- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup blueberries (or chocolate chips, nuts, etc.)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine the melted butter, eggs, milk, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Gently fold in the blueberries.
- Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Line your muffin tray with paper liners or grease with non-stick spray.
- Scoop the muffin batter into the muffin tray, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
- Place the muffin tray in the air fryer basket and cook at 320°F (160°C) for 10-12 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the muffins cool in the tray for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
