- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1 egg

- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 cup additional ketchup for topping
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, ketchup, onion, egg, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
- Form the mixture into a loaf shape that fits your air fryer basket.
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the meatloaf in the air fryer basket and brush the top with additional ketchup.
- Cook for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
- Remove from the air fryer and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
