Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 cup additional ketchup for topping

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, ketchup, onion, egg, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  2. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
  3. Form the mixture into a loaf shape that fits your air fryer basket.
  4. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  5. Place the meatloaf in the air fryer basket and brush the top with additional ketchup.
  6. Cook for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
  7. Remove from the air fryer and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
