- 2 mahi mahi fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 lemon, sliced
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Brush the mixture over both sides of the mahi mahi fillets.
- Place the mahi mahi fillets in the air fryer basket. Arrange lemon slices on top of the fillets.
- Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove the mahi mahi from the air fryer and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
