Description

Ingredients

  • 2 mahi mahi fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Brush the mixture over both sides of the mahi mahi fillets.
  4. Place the mahi mahi fillets in the air fryer basket. Arrange lemon slices on top of the fillets.
  5. Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
