- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon zest
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix Parmesan cheese, oregano, thyme, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Coat chicken breasts with olive oil.
- Rub the Parmesan mixture evenly onto both sides of the chicken.
- Place chicken in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Sprinkle lemon juice and zest over the cooked chicken.
- Serve immediately.
