Ingredients

  • 4 Russet potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
  2. Soak the cut potatoes in cold water for at least 30 minutes to remove excess starch. Drain and pat them dry with a towel.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and any optional seasonings until evenly coated.
  4. Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to do this in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
  5. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking, until the fries are golden and crispy.
  6. Remove the fries from the air fryer, let them cool slightly, and serve immediately.
